Commission Disclosure Policy
The Financial Conduct Authority expects any intermediary to disclose to the customer that a commission may be payable by the owner or creditor to the intermediary, and, if the customer asks, the amount of that commission. The Financial Conduct Authority has made it clear that "commission" means any financial consideration.
If you would like us to disclose any potential commission that we earn whilst arranging your finance agreement you can request this from us. Please make your request via email to email@example.com stating your full name and quote or order number.
DSG Auto Contracts trading as leasing.cars are authorised and regulated by the FCA, we are a credit broker, not a lender. We offer various types of finance agreements direct from our approved panel of finance and leasing companies and we also arrange manufacturer finance agreements via the main dealer network.
We do not charge any fees at all to our customers, we are a commission-based business which means that we may receive payments for business introductions. We will receive financial remuneration which may be variable or pre-set dependent on the product and the volume that we place with that organisation. The amounts that we receive may vary.
For Hire Purchase, Personal Contract Purchase and Lease Purchase, we may also receive a higher payment from the finance lender dependent on the interest rate you are charged.
We may select a lender which is part of our group (Unity Facilities Ltd). We will only ever select this particular lender from the panel available to us if it is in your interests and is the most appropriate lender for your particular needs.
